Our commission for the sale of your home or investment property is as follows:-

  • 2% of the sale price (incl GST) 
  • All advertising
  • A plan of your home,
  • A virtual walk through of your home and
  • Professional photographer.  ​                          
  • There is no vendor marketing or hidden extras. 

There is no payment up front as our commission is paid on the settlement of the property.
